I didn't like how they said they had apartments and then when I check back in they didn't have anything. So kinda disappointed

Maintenance doesn't fix nothing and when they do it's not done correctly so therefore the issues still exist. Now I have no cold water. I called carabetta for Maintenance letting them know and the person that answered was very rude with a hostile attitude and acting like they don't have to provide cold water. NOT HAVING COLD WATER COULD BE POSSIBLY CAUSED FROM TO MUCH PRESSURE ON THE PIPES OR THEY DIDN'T INSTALL SOMETHING CORRECTLY. IF IT'S THE PIPES AND THEY EXPLODE WELL THE THEY'LL HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEM ON THEIR HANDS. Who ever the person was that I spoke to. Shouldn't be working with people. Hopefully eventually carabetta will hire professional knowledgeable decent people

This company is not reliable and does not take responsibility for their residents. They are being sued by the city of Revere as one of the buildings that they manage in Revere, MA caught a fire, and residents were forced to leave their homes due to dangerous conditions and being unfit for living. Since the fire, they have done nothing to help their residents to find shelter. This company is a disgrace!

Nice cause everything is included except In the summer we pay for AC 150 for the summer. Bad side about living here is eveyone gossips .
