I went to the Bronx location to get tested and get a prescription. It has been a week and my pharmacy has not gotten my prescription and there are no test results in my health portal. When i call no one can help me. It’s like i didn’t even go. They can’t just play with people’s health like this.

Started with callen lorde in 2017 and it started good but ever since 2019 they do nothing but make it hard to get things that should be easy. Cant even get my testosterone so I can stay on time with it. Ran me around for weeks then still denied it because it supposedly “too early” how are you going to tell me what I have clearly if I still had another dose I wouldnt be bothering yall for weeks. Makes me not even want to transition if its going to be this much work. It already hard emotionally and mentally with transitioning why make it any harder and discourage us. Smfh idk but they lost me for good ✌🏽
