I would not recommend this center to anyone. Which is too bad since the doctors are good. The staff is worthless. For days I have been waiting for someone to call the pharmacy for approval on medication to relieve symptoms for COVID. I have been told I would get calls back, be top priority, get my medication sorted before the weekend. Nothing happened. I’m without for the the weekend. Do yourself a favor and call CityMD. I’m now forced too.

Incredibly pleased with service here. Because of the association with my union, IATSE local one I never have any co pays. Dr Kindt is the best doctor I’ve ever had and the office staff is only a phone call away if I have any problems with getting a prescription filled. My only complaint is that getting a primary care visit often takes weeks or months in advance because they are all booked up. If something is pressing they can always squeeze in a video call visit.

This was the rudest and worst healthcare experience. My appt was confirmed for 845am via Mount Sinai. I took an Uber and time off work, when I arrived I was told Dr. Paula Brignoni-Blume wouldn’t see me because they’d only booked me for 15 minutes, she refuses to do any appts under 30 min, and they’d already double booked her at 9am. When I declined to leave I was taken to a managers office to “fit me in”. Instead he blamed Zoc Doc, the front desk, and then suggested I’d lied about being a reg patient to get the appointment (btw, this isn’t even possible given the safeguards Zoc Doc and Mount Sinai use, I confirmed this with Zoc Doc when I got home). He said he understood what I was going through, which was insulting, frankly, suggested I go to the ER (for a $1500 bill) instead if I needed care sooner or that he could fit me in in another 2 1/2 weeks… for an issue I needed addressed . He also added that I should feel lucky to get an appointment because some people have to wait months. He did reimburse my Uber, but that doesn’t change that I was left without care. When I left, their office cancelled my appointment in Zoc doc for today, and a future appointment I was able to get in April, without my consent or discussion, making it impossible for me to leave a review on Zoc Doc to share this experience. I chose this doctor based on her almost 5 star reviews on Zoc Doc, which doesn’t reflect the honest experiences of patients going to this clinic. This practice is unethical. Furthermore, I’m a member of Actors Equity. The Union and the Actors Fund should be embarrassed that this is the way that anyone, let alone members of their community are being treated. I can’t believe a doctor wouldn’t at least see a patient in need for the 15 min they’d booked and confirmed, or at least come out herself to apologize, address the root cause of the scheduling issue or offer any sort of referral to someone else.

Terribly run place. Impossible to get anyone on the phone, no one calls after they tell you they'll follow-up. No one reviews the visit records to make sure you're scheduled for the correct appointments.

Perhaps you can try calling their phone and advise if a human being picks up. If several people are saying the same thing that they do not answer it’s because they don’t.
Never had an issues reaching them either.
