I am giving this review because of poor security in this complex. As robberies increasing here but owners, management not taking action to install surveillance systems. Be cautious ⚠️ every time if you are living here. We lost everything as believed that we are in a safe and secure community.

On the whole, my experience is very favorable. The staff is readily available when trouble arises. They keep the grounds clean and well maintained. I wish they had adjustable shower heads and a garbage disposal, but these criticisms are minor.

I absolutely love my apartment!!! The noise from route 208 can be a bit much at times. The tenants I have become friendly with are absolutely a joy. The entire staff is wonderful and a pleasure. The maintenance crew are on top of the little things that can happen as with any other community, but they respond very promptly and do outstanding service. I am very happy with living in this community. The apartments are very well kept and beautiful! For those who have a problem with mice! Take note we do live close to the railroad track and in an area where there are field mice! Keep you apartment very clean make sure no food is left out and take out the garbage on a regular basis and you shouldn’t have any problems! I know first hand. I went from living in my family home and right across the street is a creek. That being said there are all kind of animals there and the house was kept very clean and never had a problems with mice or any other creatures.
