Very rude. The guy asks me what's in the first package I gave him for return service. I asked why he wants to know what's inside . He wanted to know if there is anything fragile inside. I said doesn't has anything fragile so he throws the box as far as possible rudely. I said please don't do this to the second box as it is fragile and he says it's unusual of me to throw a box in the first place. What are you guys doing, just because I questioned why you want to know what's inside, you throw the box? You shouldn't even ask me what's inside, rather ask if there is anything delicate inside or not. Please don't show this kind of attitude to customers.

This place is awesome the guy he said I work there are awesome then move quickly they get you in and get you out. If you don't understand something I'll explain it to you and help you as much as possible. I give them 5 stars, they know what customer service is .. I wish I know the guys name that helped me cuz he's so good he goes to register to register he will help one person at one register I'll go over to the other register like he goes above and beyond.

Can the address be corrected while the letter is intransit if an error was made by putting a comma where a # sign should be? The clerk put the comma and I told him it was a # sign, he said that the computer would not allow him to put the # sign. The recipient is trying to track the letter but is unable because the address is wrong. The comma makes it to be sute 3,227 , instead of Sute 3 - #227.
