Can't say enough positive things about the team here. We were filling up with gas and then received a tire pressure warning on our camper van. We turned into the Tire Center and Matt immediately helped us! He got us in right away and explained that we had a faulty valve stem. He replaced it in less than 30 minutes and also took a look at our other tires to make sure we were safe to drive out of there. The Supervisor, Thomas, was also super friendly and communicative. Iggy helped us check out and pulled our van out of the tire center. We are so thankful that they were able to get us taken care of so quickly. Thank you so much!

Its obvious that doing walk ins and appointments isn't working. I was told it would be about and hour and 45 min...Its been 3 hours. Im currently sitting out side of Costco waiting for my car. I just needed my tires rotated. Iv been told it will be the next vehicle in the bay multiple times. I just asked again and was told there is an appointment at 6 it might go in after that one. This system is not working. Employees are a little tart im tired and now groceries are spoiled.

I had a flat tire which they couldn’t repair. Then they said they would have tires in two days and a week later they still don’t know when they can get the tires. Staff is polite, system just sucks.

The employees here work their butts off, they really do. And they're still friendly! The prices are what you'd expect from Costco. BUT!! I have to take off 2 stars because of the wait time. It took my mom over 3 hours to get new tires put on her car.
