My first visit with Dr. Cabassa and I was super happy. He is a super attentive, friendly Dr, shows a lot of interest in patients. I am very happy with my new Dr. I recommend him 100% and the staff is very kind and caring...many blessings to my Dr. Jose Cabassa🙏🙏

Yes everyone is nice and polite but instead of chairs they should offer recliners so people can catch a nap while waiting for a doctor. This facility is incredibly SLOW! I have waited for over a hour to be seen and it is annoying. People walking around looking busy yet no one is taking care of patients. I am not sure if I have the patience to deal with this place much longer. No consideration for people's time whatsoever. Referrals seem to be another problem because they take so long to be mailed. Not only did my referral take a long time but when I finally received it after complaining the place that I was referred to did not even accept my insurance so I found my own specialist in less than 15 minutes. I waited all that time in discomfort for nothing. Oak Tree needs to get it together.
