Horrible experience with the Podiatrist department and DR.Leon. I desperately needed surgery he would prolong my visits just to charge my insurance and after a year and some change of ongoing visits with no short or long terms goals which was surgery and of me continuously asking for surgery he denied me saying he was totally booked til next year . As a patient I feel he knew he couldn’t provide what I as a patient truly needed I left disgusted all they cared for was to charge my insurance if I would have never made changes I would have still been going to him and they just charging my insurance and my problem would have never been resolved and I would have stood with this pain which was a 10! Which he even said idk how your walking Thanks god I found Starrett Podiatry and with just one visit the Podiatrist new what to do to make sure I felt better they scheduled me for surgery 3weeks later and I’m pain free. Don’t waste your time with these people They just want to charge insurance not for the patients best interest!

I was here today, September 23, 2022 for an appointment and the person (a blonde) in the reception area at the bsmt for the head study was very unprofessional. She has no patience at all, is foul-mouthed, has an ugly attitude, and has a 0 for empathy. They have to change the staff or train it better. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and if they are someone of legal age they should have patience and in that place they do not know how to deal with people. Other things, some employees speak ill of the patients in CLAVE. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

The service is the worst and the secretariats do not provide good treatment to the patients, they must have more treatment and more attention with the patient, one does not go around begging

The doctors are excellent, but the service is very bad, if you do not confirm the appointment you lose it, regardless of the patient's condition or age, regardless of whether the person lives alone and for some reason could not answer the call.

I hear you and agree with you. Good luck.
Good afternoon Jenny, I don't know, what I think you could do is to visit and make the appointment in person. Maybe there is a technical issue with the phone. Have a bless day and hope you get the chance to make thi your appointment soon.
Some doctors there attend by order of arrival and others by appointment time. Many people arrive when they do not touch, well before their appointment and that makes things worse. I arrived early to write down and go out to do other things or see stores. This way it will be better.
Good afternoon Maria, excuse me so far I answered, if they accept patients without insurance, but for an exact price you should call directly to the Dominican Medical Center and they will give you more information. I hope you have an excellent experience when visiting them. Blessings!
They need to improve that part of the service.
And
With so many ugly comments, I no longer want to consult with their doctors, I was going to change them all but maybe they don't suit me. Sometimes it is not the Doctors but the employees who mistreat the patient when he arrives and the one who goes to a consultation is because he is not well, you have to have empathy and professionalism to give service to the client.
