Holt road originally did my work, and they were amazing. U fortunately things can happen and tools break. The holt road location kept in touch and let me know if the tool was back up and running and unfortunately it was not. They told me to head over to the hilliard location and as soon as I pulled in and was in the lobby, the nice lady was like BLUE FORD ESCAPE! I was like absolutely, got me back in right away! I NEVER have any issues with NTB ♡ thanks again for being there for your customers!
