They eat outside. All tables six feet apart. Check in at kiosk. Forehead scanned for all diners. Disposable utensils. Overall. pretty strict and impressive. They prefer you sign in and wait in your car to avoid a crowd.

The drink is separated. But the food is awesome. I usually dont order any soft drinks since I want to save the room for more food. The steak and seafood (especially during the weekend) is amazing
The weekday M-F lunch price is from 11:00am to 3:00pm, so you have to finish & pay by 3:00pm for the lunch buffet price.
For $3.00 more, you can have both grill and hot soup pot for meats. Since I'm solo diner too, I highly recommend lunchtime 11 to 3pm M-F to avoid waiting & higher dinner price. Suggest partial meat orders to try more variety. Since today is cloudy & cold, it think hot pot 100%
