For $3.00 more, you can have both grill and hot soup pot for meats. Since I'm solo diner too, I highly recommend lunchtime 11 to 3pm M-F to avoid waiting & higher dinner price. Suggest partial meat orders to try more variety. Since today is cloudy & cold, it think hot pot 100%

I usually just do BBQ, there are PLENTY of options for you to choose from. If you are spending more than an hr there and can eat more, hotpot for an extra 3 bucks is even better. Just make sure you don't order more food than you can chew. Enjoy!

You can grill the meat/veggies that you put on the Hot Pot!

I don't think the number makes a diff. Just order partial plates so you aren't stuck with food you don't like
