Clean and friendly. They also have a selection of greeting cards and a cage where you can just drop off prepaid packages if you don’t need a receipt.

I forwarded some 1st class mail to an new address and forgot ask the Apartment #. It was too later to retrieve the letters. Local USPS recommended to contact the receiving USPS to inform the carrier to deliver correct. I called the next business day and talked to Liz and the carrier successfully delivered the mail without delay. Thank you so much and I deeply appreciate the effort they put in. Very nice!

After rushing to get to the post office by five I was glared at while I walked in by the individual manning the door. I was filling out the address on my package when at exactly 5:00 PM a heavy-set worker named BEN rather rudely shouted "SIR SIR we are closed now." I tried to hurry and said "Sorry, I'll just be a minute." He responded by saying "Sir It is Five, we are closed, I have to get home." I carried my package over to his register and tried to continue working on it. He proceeded to rudely rush me and say rude things about it not being ready. I got irritated and said firmly "give me a minute." He responded by throwing down the "lane closed" sign and walked away. I left the Post Office at 5:02 with my package still unsent. Seems like It would have been easy enough to walk out a 5:04 with everything satisfactory. Of course, that's if customer service was at all relevant to this dump.

As far as Post Offices go, this one is about the same as any. The few times I've been in there are usually a few people in line. I've found the line to go pretty quickly though. Also, the staff are very friendly. The decor could use an update, but then again government definitely have been places to spend it. No complaints.

No, only an 800#. You can call it and ask for the offices post master's name and number, but I like to get it
You can check on USPS.com
Depends how you post it. Overnight, one day; priority, 2-3 days; 1st class 3-5 days. During the last minute holidays senders, add a day for 1st class.
