I'm not really a part of that community so I can't make a detailed review but I can say that it seems to be well maintained and the people care for that community. If I was an old person and I just needed a place to go for vacation or the rest of my remaining life I would check out Teakwood Village probably seriously maybe.

i cant say enough about this wonderful place. my disabled brother lived here 2+ years until, sadly, his passing last year, and he LOVED every minute - nice neighbors, awesome staff, just a great place and location. After his passing, the office went way overboard to help me resolve his estate and find a great buyer to share his wonderful experiences. big time kudos to Chris, Joyce, and Jim!!!

Homes in this park come up for rent very often but usually snowbird situations. Lot rent is the fee you pay for having a home on their property and includes water and many more amenities.
Call them to find out about availability for rentals.
Lots of golf carts
Dave Howells Check the board in the office, west door entrance on west side of Missouri Ave. That is if your in this area. Google phone no. Teakwook Village, Largo Florida, 33770
Unsure
55 Plus
Actually I they did think they changed it so you're asking the wrong person at the moment
No I did not visit there yesterday or anytime as the Largo Family Restaurant is in front and next to the entrance to Teakwood Village. Someone mistakenly wrote on Google maps that the Largo Family Restaurant was run by and a part of Teakwood Village mobilehome park. Largo Family Restaurant has nothing to do with Teakwood Village. I was at Largo Family Restaurant eating lunch.
I'm Not Sure I Don't Live There But I Live In The Area Almost But I Don't Think So Love. Sorry💗
800 Missouri Ave
Call the main office. You have to go through the main office. If its a protected tree , you will be fined 4 thousand dollars.
Yes, 55 and over but visitors are allowed to stay
No you don't own the land
They do allow pets but I'm not sure if there is a weight limit. I would call their office for more info.
You would have to call them. I am not familiar with this mobile home park.

Teakwood does accept pets, however I do not know about the size. You would have to call the office and inquire. I believe there are fees now for having pets
Yes Google teakwood mobile home park. Call them on the phone. You realize this is mobile home park where people not only own their mobile home but also pay to own the mobile home park. Often the park does not allow renting to others. Now there may be a teakwood apartments elsewhere in pinellas county.
I do not know. You would have to call or go by there. I hope they have something for you.
You might want to call the office on the phone to find out. I have never been there but here it is a nice place to live.
Would have to contact office for availability
I do not know anything about teak wood mobile home park. However there are two kinds of mobile home parks: 1. Where you buy the mobilehome and you rent the lot or space that it is on. The rent is for the upkeep of all the yard around your mobile home as well as rent to sit your mobile home on the lot, it also covers garbage pick up, water to your home, use of activity center and pool and other amenities. 2. This is a mobile home park where you buy your mobile home and pay or buy into a share of the mobile home park. You still get free trash pick up and free water utility, pool, activity center etc. You pay a set amount such as $50,000 to the home owners association. When you buy the mobile home which is a separate fee. However your monthly fee for all amenities is much lower for instance $200. These are set by association. I have lived in 3 mobile home parks and find it wonderful.
You're best to call the office directly. Most in the village are ownership
