Love this place. I was impressed in the actual thought going into the placement of homes. Lots of space and a very clean park. We are looking for a place in there and one other. Hope this helped someone.

Senior living village. Is very clean. Everyone seemed to be happy. Ranchero Village. Get your luggage and go....

My Dad and Step Mother lived there for 20 years( one of the first residence) and I lived there for 3years following their deaths. Great place! Quiet, can safely ride your bike after dark, pools, tennis, shuffle board, numerous community events and at that time there was even a bus to go shopping and to Dr appointments. I loved it and while being with family is great, I wish I was still there.

Loved when my Dad lived here. It's a 55+ community with many facilities (such as 3 pools, fitness center, table tennis & billiards, computer center +) and over 900 residents. Many activities for the residents, and the properties are very well maintained!

How much does lot rent increase yearly? Do they have activites ?
I'm only 52 will they consider me buying a home there?
I don't know, why you asking that question ?
Yes and yes.
I personally have not been to the chapel. I have heard from my neighbors that he is very polite. I do know the chapel is non-denominational. I hope to start going very soon.
In 4+ more years you will be 55, so not much longer to go.
It would be best to call the office. Plus they can explain all the benefits like trash pickup. This is a great place to live. Lots of activities and plenty of pools plus alot more.
Was visiting someone
That you would have to call the office for
Absolutley yes they can visit! 😊 Call the office for details.
If you mean hot tubs, yes.
Offer was made, shareholders voted to sell, PSA in lawyers hands. Park will remain a 55 and up community (once final sale) for 30 years and improvement allotments for all residents.
My lot rent is 684 now and it's going up $20 starting January one

Ok. I am a semi retired pastor. I am familiar with your park. I pastored in Largo for 15 years. We are moving back in July and looking for a place to rent.

I rely dint know. However if you calk the office they may be bettter ti answer you.
Decided not to live there. Only 2 things guaranteed. Didn't like being so close that I could hear inside neighbors living room, packed tight. While being shown around wasn't getting smiles from residents even fake ones.
Yes
Yes all you have to do is call them.
Rentals are from individuals. They are posted on bulletin board clubhouse
Not that I know of right now. I would call the office and check with them as there are several for sale but they may rent them out?
About 980 units. Just a small place... Lol...
They have to be small dogs snd I don't know about sll the breeds you can have. Your best bet would be to call the office.
Fees up this year slightly but hadnt increased for a few years. Not aware of any special assessments for hurricane damages but haven't had anything but minor damages. Homeowners insurance required.
They have both resident own and land lease.Hoa for land lease runs about $624 per month and the share ones are $307 per month and they have to pay taxes on that once a year. For the land lease it also depends on if you have a corner lot, a garden lot, or a lake front lot as to what the price is. All of the amenities, lawns mowed, trimmed and blowers are included in the dues. There are 3 courthouses, 3 pools, shuffle board, two tennis courts along with pickle ball, horseshoes, bachi ball, bingo, several card games and many more. You can't rent for that. Nice place to live.
Is it a 2 bedroom? Interested In March and April 2019
Very snowbird friendly. Go to the web site and call the office. They can fix you up with a nice place...
