They"re failure to take responsibility for ANYTHING is vastly apparent. The less they pay out the more goes in Walter Larson"s (the owner) pocket. Need more be said?

Absolutely agree! Slumlord. Our Realtor wanted us to AVOID this park but we were pig headed, paying now. Over $5,000 in damages. AVOID
