So Bay Ranch is a very quiet, clean, calm place. My wife and I stayed there OVER 6 months and routinely took trash out and helped neighbors who are of course older with yardwork etc. My wife and I are looking for a home and found one in BAY RANCH. WE HAVE 40% to put down on the house, and have already proven we HAVE LIVED THERE FOR 6+ MONTHS and we're NOTHING BUT A BENEFIT! Zero complaints about us, zero problems. Zero upset neighbors. I had my aunt a corporate law firm OWNER speak with the front office regarding us buying a house/making an exception. They RUDELY spoke with a millionaire law firm OWNER who is our financial backing and FINE no exceptions, but DONT be rude to someone who could buy your entire park. LEARN SOME RESPECT! Also, now I'm glad we stayed there half a year. Proven good neighbors, helpful to Kelli Paul's and her grandmother Ardith Teete among other neighbors. Proven BAD MANAGEMENT! Our 40% will gladly be accepted elsewhere and lot rent as well. How dare you rudely speak to a ln innocent and helping 3rd party.

They"re failure to take responsibility for ANYTHING is vastly apparent. The less they pay out the more goes in Walter Larson"s (the owner) pocket. Need more be said?

I'm not sure if any rentals are currently available, but there are rentals within the park. We have rented here for a year now. Very nice.
They do rentals but your not going to want to pay what people are asking . A lot of Canadian people have Seasonal Rentals here .

It is a nice over 55 mobile homes community. Located in a good area. People are friendly. They allow pets. About rent,fees and such, unfortunately I have no info. I don't live there. My friend does and she likes there.
YES....SURPRISE!!! There loud, do not respect speed limits or stop signs or time of day.(some are respectful)
