Very quiet. Not sure of the official crime rate, but I had no worries at all while staying there.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and never saw nor heard of crime or problems occurring. It is a very quiet location spot surrounded around several other hotels. And it does not sit anywhere near the actual neighborhood residences, for it is with a business park.
The Hyatt House is located in an office park with lots of businesses and office buildings around it so I would imagine crime isn't as prevalent as other areas in NJ. The parking lot is well lit as is the area behind the buildings.
Very low..mount laurel is one of the safest towns in nj...I've been here 13 years
IDK but we started there for a week and it was a really quiet and peaceful area.
