Rooms were ok. Shower was nice and bed was comfortable. Sofa pull out was a nightmare so my daughter just slept on it as a couch. Pool was broken and didn't know until we checked in so kids were bummed. Tried to get a discount but no go. They charged a daily deposit on our credit card, after we checked in. Usually hotels don't charge your card until you check out. We had an extra $500 charged to our card at check-in over top of the cost of the room for 4 nights. Glad that wasn't all of our vacation money. Guy at the counter said every hotel does it this way. Not true, that was a big charge all at once. And the refund of the deposit would take 3 to 5 business days. So be prepared to have deposit money tied up for a while.

This hotel was in renovation and the pool was busted. The room was in ok condition with some carpet stains. Probably wouldn't stay again. Some hotel staff were friendly others seemed clueless. Breakfast was pretty good.

Positive: Good space in room Negative: The hotel room was not clean. I only booked this hotel because it had better reviews than others and I value cleanliness most. There was a small hair under the toilet seat lid, hair on the bathroom floor in the corner, very dusty pillows, dirty sink, etc.

I'm normally not a big fan of extended stay hotels that resemble apartment complexes (think multiple buildings, all usually three stories) mostly because of the noise but this Hyatt House was just the opposite! Nice & quiet and my 2-bedroom suite was comfortable with all the amenities - full fridge, stove tops, microwave, dishwasher - It was perfect! Great service from the front desk staff and lots of food options nearby - will definitely be here again in the near future!
