This place is truly disgusting. Our feet stuck to the kitchen, bathroom, AND CARPETED FLOORING. A heavy layer of dirt, hair, and dander caked to our feet. We ended up just wearing shoes in the room. The bath tub did not drain well. The water pressure was nil. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. The air conditioner made clicking sounds throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Front desk staff were the most unfriendly. The location was okay. Close to a lot of fast food places and fairly quiet.

Positive: Was surprised that this was an extended stay hotel. The full kitchen was appreciated, especially the full size fridge. It was pet friendly at no extra cost. The staff were very helpful. Free laundry. Gym Negative: Not that I didn't like it, but the hotel was under new mgt and being refurbished. The store was not provisioned.

The room was clean but it smelled funny. The refrigerator only makes about 10 ice cubes and there is no ice machine in the hotel. Also, my TV would not turn on and when I called the front desk, they advised me to get dressed and come down and get a new remote. When I said “ you realize I will not be staying here again, his answer was, I’m sure you won’t “ . The front desk was very respectful and very nice but you can only work with the tools that you are giving. Management needs to step up their game. I will not be staying here again.

Poor water pressure which gave off a nasty odor. While taking, showers water would cover entire bathroom floor because there’s no shower lip to keep water in! Carpets were dirty and smelled of mildew in room and hallways! Front desk staff unfriendly! Keys constantly didn’t work. Lastly they provided no snacks or amenities while mostly military stayed there, which they were very well paid for! Snacks and amenities advertised were restored once military were leaving deployment!
