Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. We wanted a suite with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms because the 5 of us included my son and his girlfriend. We also have a dog so we needed pet friendly (dogs allowed). Staybridge Suites Mt. Laurel NJ is one of the few places in the Philadelphia area that met our needs. Clean, quieter than most motels (which was good because our dog barks when he hears a sound outside the room, and he didn't when we were in the bedrooms trying to sleep). Hot breakfast was pretty good with delicious sausage or Canadian bacon, hash browns (also cheese omelet or scrambled eggs (I didn't try these)), oatmeal looked a little watery, 3 kinds of cereal (cheerios, corn flakes, fruit loops) - I'd prefer a healthier (higher fiber) option like raisin bran or frosted shredded wheat. Orange and apple juice ran out 1 day when the motel was full, and they had no refills. I mean this as constructive feedback, not a big criticism, shortages happen sometimes. Considering we stayed after the "big quit" this motel was well staffed and run. Multiple front desk people were very good e.g. Asian woman, black guy - sorry I didn't get your names, but you probably know who you are. We stayed 3 nights over 4th of July weekend. The Saturday night room price was about 80% higher than the Sunday or Monday night price; I wish there wasn't as high a premium price for the one night, but other motels did the same or even higher.

My home flooded January28 2022 I stayed at the staybridge suites for 4 months when I tell you this place is a nice place it really is from front desk to maintenance to beautiful people who clean the rooms everyone is super polite and professional. It is very comfortable and they care about your stay from beginning to checkout not only would I recommend them I would say for a extended stay choose no one else. Free breakfast ,free laundry, gym, pool, Tues,weds, lite dinner . The management exceptional. 10 ⭐ please stop in and see what iam speaking of great experience.

I must admit that, the property and location were exceptional. I attended a wedding during my stay. The only bad experience I had was the room key card having to be recharged 4 times in 2 days. It was a terrible inconvenience to get to my room and find out that I had to go back to the front desk to have the young lady recharge my card. I did not expect to be asked on my 2nd trip back, to verify the name and number attached to the room. The front desk person (Lisa) thought it would be okay to remind me that the wedding party had checked out Friday morning. It honestly concerned me because I had paid for 2 days to be there. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Before booking, I always read the reviews, and I took the poor reviews into consideration. We had no issues checking in, the room was clean, and it had an “at home feel”, however, the furniture is a little worn and could use some deep cleaning. I wish they had more options for breakfast, it was real basic and the same everyday. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was still closed due to Covid. The location is great and close to many stores and restaurants. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will use them the next time I’m in the area
