I was angry n upset when I went to sit in hot tub only to find out they couldn't heat it...dont advertise hot tub if its not hot. I paid good money for room only not to enjoy relaxing in hot tub....pool was cold also.

Went there for one day. Called room service but didn't get a response. The sofa in my room had sketchy stains. It has a nice restaurant that had great steak. A pool is located in the middle of the hotel. And it had various conference rooms to conduct business.

No shuttle. Lyft and Uber range from $45 to $65 one way depending on demand
