Service was great, the rooms are a bit odd. The water closet and shower directly face the bed. The only thing separating you from some one in the bathroom is a frosted gross sliding barn door. Not the level of privacy I prefer when sharing a room. If anyone uses the bathroom while you are sleeping, the light is unavoidable.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Quakertown was supportive during our wedding event at the Lake House Inn allowing us to reserve a room block for our wedding event. They allowed for a large room block with 50% expiring 60 days before and remaining 50% expiring 30 days prior to the event date. The rate was fairly priced and discounted from the daily room rate. The front desk staff also helped coordinate a welcome bag distribution.
