Unfortunately I had to move from Jameson Place condo and sell as D R Horton decided to build out units and rent them rather than sell them leading to what may eventually be more renters than owner occupied units.

Quiet community but parking is a nightmare dont plan of having visitors because they wont be able to park I recommend finding a community with parking. Theres a lady who walks around all day waiting to call the tow company it's like the owner of the tow company built this place just to tow the ppl who live here also if you rent they could care less about you all in all I'll be leaving as soon as I can

The parking situation is pretty terrible. Technically all the open spaces are visitor parking, but a lot of people use their garages for storage and park in their driveways, which means if they have a second car they take a visitor space. Plus, it's gotten worse since they have opened the new buildings.
