I was recently staying a few days for an event I was attending, and this is more of a warning than a review. I gave my keys to a valet for a few minutes while I unloaded my car. The next night an item was stolen from my car in the parking lot. Nothing broken and the car had not been rummaged through, the intruder new right what they were going for (because they had been in my car). I later found the rear glass on my tailgate had been opened and the latch manually closed so the vehicle could easily be re-entered without any trouble. You had to have the keys to do that (and only myself and the valet had the keys). Talked to 5 different people and nobody did what they said they would do, also the valet company is contract, and do their own security so no help there either. It doesn't matter how nice anything else was when you are the victim of a theft and nobody cares or will lift a finger to help you. I won't be staying here again. Do not reward this kind of garbage with your business!!
