I called them with the intention of doing business with them. Based on the very poor attitude of the woman that I spoke to on the telephone, I would never do business with them. She was not people friendly or pleasant at all.

Not great customer service. Quick to take a credit card number but slow to respond to product issues and no warranty or guarantee behind the products they sell.

The Oxygofit strap is $!6.95. I also have a lanyard that I can supply at no charge that can replace the clasp if that is what is broken.
We specialize in Respiratory products. Your best bet would be to contact the formula manufacturer to find local distributors.
