Had to make a payment on my Fios. I'm disabled and don't always have a credit card to use to pay online. My 80 year old mother had offered to take care of it for me at the store like she had several times in the past few months as I am unable to walk long distances or drive. The staff, especially Karen and Rashawn, have always been extremely helpful. They always looked up the outstanding balance and helped her make the payment. This time, she got this guy, Kevin. He acted like he couldn't be bothered at first, and just pointed at the payment kiosk. When he was told that she did not have the account number, he said "well then you cant make a payment". He said that it was "illegal" to look up the information and that he would be reporting his coworkers that have been helping her in the past to get them fired for "breaking the law". He would not even help her use the kiosk once she got the account number from me. She wound up paying the wrong amount, and when she asked for help, he refused saying "It's crazy how you cant even pay a bill. These people....". Karen and Rashawn are amazing there, they just need to get rid of this guy Kevin. He really makes poeple want to switch providers. A real "people person".
