Clueless, disrespectful employees. I came here to shop on June 23rd 2022 at around 5:40 PM. My experience was as follows. I came in looking for a horn relay, I had a picture on my phone of the slot in which it needed to go into. Upon showing the picture to the 2 employees who were working they both said that I was wrong and that it was not a relay slot, but a slot for 2 fuses. Now I knew that they were completely wrong so I went back to my car and pulled the exact relay I needed from a different slot to show them exactly what I needed, they acted as if they've never seen such a thing to quote one of the employees responses "that's new..." Once they got over their shock and awe the other employee went about trying to locate what I needed, upon returning with it he slammed the rely I'd brought in onto the counter and said how much the new relay would be to which I replied "that's alright I'll get it elsewhere thanks anyways." Absolutely horrendous experience I will not be shopping here anymore and will most definitely tell my friends and family to steer clear as well.

Everybody wears a mask .. hand sanitizer in place and used .. 6 ft .. apart in lines .. protective covering or plexiglass at registers . I haven't stood there long enough to notice when they clean .. I hope this helps
Depends on the car. If it is not complicated they can. Some newer cars require more expertise.
