The visit was not great. The first room given to us had a dirty rug, with stains, one wet on it. The towels were tattered and when I tried to contact the front desk using the phone, the phone DID NOT work. We were moved to a secondary room. The bathroom was tiny, the shower was against the wall and the toilet was the first thing you saw when you went into the bathroom, the sink for washing your hands was outside. The door to the bathroom would not let you open the door and go into the bathroom at the same time. It was truly a tight fit. If you wanted to use the facilities, you had to open the door, step in, move out of the doors way and then close the door. The pillow was HORRIBLE. They should've been replaced long, long ago. Breakfast area was sloppy and there was no real place to sit to eat. There was chairs and couches to sit at, but more like you were visiting with someone, not eating breakfast. There was no cover for the meat being presented and the coffee was around the corner from the front desk area, nowhere near the breakfast spot. I saw one roach/bug crawling in the lobby but didn't think anything of it. When I returned to my room after being gone all day, a roach/bug was in my shower (not there before I left). The vents in the bathroom were wooly and dirty. The bed covers were adequate, but needs to be updated, felt like I was sleeping under two sheets, not a comforter and a blanket. For the money I paid, wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Overall good experience, room was cute, the breakfast wasn’t great, cluttered and unappealing but the people made the difference- the front desk person, Chaz, went above the standard to help make our room available and Ray, the property manager (I think) helped me get all my stuff from my room into my car and I didn’t even ask for help, he just saw desperate my need! It was a great 3 star 😉

The price is $11.95 per room per day. However, if you are a World of Hyatt member it is a complimentary benefit if you book an eligible rate. This would exclude any third party reservations (Expedia, Hotels.com, Priceline, etc). The menu items change daily, but you can expect items to include scrambled eggs, potato medley, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh cut fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, breads and spreads, oatmeal or grits, cereals, milk and juices.
Yes, we do have an airport priority shuttle from 7a to 10p. We also typically do a shuttle to PNC Arena for Hurricanes game, NCSU Basketball, and any other special events. If available, we will also shuttle within a 3 mile radius of the hotel to local businesses and restaurants.
