I honestly don't want to deal with this place anymore. My current worker seems to be causing problems with my family. She also seems to be pushing me to work even if I told her several times why I can't. On top of that I told her I am not planning on moving out recently because everything is getting so expensive and I perfer to stay where I am at because I have family who helps and supports me and she doesn't pay my rent or basic necessities so I don't know what her and her supervisor's problem is.

Well one coordinator is really good Donna Dudley she is 💯 following up with me regarding my son. However Elena was the worst I moved from address and I called her and the other coordinator and Elena was not paying attention she kept sending mail to my old address later I get a call from covina pd that a lot of confidential documents where found in the alley now I got that lady switch and it the same thing this guy Salmo spoke to him once and I told him about respite care for my son and its been a month since I talked to him. Well the board of supervisors will have a note on their desk

I have been trying to reactivate my daughter's account per se and it's almost a month since i have spoken to one person and I have left 7 messages. It's like pulling teetht and trying to give a cat a bath to get a call back.

My daughter loved this place until the regional center changed her case worker now my daughter does not exist what do the case workers do all day? They should not be getting payed. Every time I call my daughter's case worker is out to lunch or not at work that day. This place is useless meanwhile my daughter is not receiving services because of lazy people getting payed for doing nothing.

If your a client or a parent with a child who's the client, you call your SC ( service coordinator ) and let them know,if they are involved you then call the main number to Regional Center and ask for the manager of the day. Tell them your situation and they can help you proceed with your complaint. Good luck
You should call the Regional center and set up an appointment. You don't know unless you try. There ar alot of people they serve who are over 18.
They cover all things when doing background check on employees or future students going thru regional center. Its to protect both you and the company
