7/28/2022 spent 2 nights. Good place to stay. It's close to everything you need. The fitness room is small, but it has dumbells up to 50 pounds, a bench, cables and elliptical, so it's good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will stay at this location again, good place ! Terry -

Me and my son stayed here last Friday after a fun day at the Funplex. We had a very good stay. This location is near shops and food. It's set a bit back from the major roads/highways but that's ok. It's kinda like exclusive per se. I liked the lobby and how bright and welcoming it was, it has chairs, fireplace, and eating area/bar. I didn't scope out the whole place because it was an overnight trip but from what I saw it was good. This hotel has an exercise room, pool and business center and the guest rooms was just big enough. I especially liked the Hilton hotels having the digital Key and virtual check ins, it made for even better access to rooms and you can bypass the front desk if you choose. Front desk staff wad very friendly. I definitely would stay again. No problems here.

It was okay. They messed up a lot of our parties rooms even though we booked 2 years in advance. We were supposed to at least be on the same floor but we weren't. We booked that far ahead to avoid these issues. Then they weren't willing to do what needed to be done to accommodate people. For one they had 3 total luggage carts and the only person willing to help was a janitor. Front desk says they will accommodate you but they never do.

Hospitality and cleanliness has taken a backseat at this establishment!! You are required to give 24 hours notice for housekeeping due to a staffing shortage. Ask yourself this, if this place has a shortage, do you REALLY think that your room will be thoroughly cleaned to prevent the spead of Covid-19? I don't think so. If protocols to ensure you have a guaranteed clean room are lessened due to staffing issues, I recommend staying at a different brand of hotel. Shame on you Hilton for allowing this practice under your watch. I was forced to check out after a 3 night stay because no one would clean my room. A 24 hour request for housekeeping at this point should be irrelevant to prevent a guest from checking out. General Manager, Scott Fisher and Assistant General Manager, Ignacio Fonseca agreed to follow this disgraceful practice. Seriously, the entire staff is operating at sub par standards. Don't waste your money or time here.

WiFi worked fine. Not sure about speed. Call customer service. Ask at booking.
No
When I was there it was closed by 9 and they didn't say anything
When I went there the pool and sauna were closed. They had been closed for a couple of weeks. If you don't ask questions they will not let you know if something is wrong until you get there.
