Drove 30 miles 1 way to the only Bofa (atm) around. The machine not working. I called the # to advise - maybe it's a quick fix. They will try to reset it. 20 minute wait -if doesn't work someone will come fix. 40 minutes later & its still not working.

I really thought BoA was a national bank. It was frustrating to wait for so long for help but the service provider was helpful, understanding and kind. Much better than I get from our local Wells Fargo. rhp

If you bank with Bank of America and live in Utah you might as well just cancel the account. The closest branch to SLC is in North Las Vegas! They use to have some in Boise but BofA pulled out of Idaho long ago! The phone reps should know that there are no branches here, but they're to stupid and always say "just go to your nearest branch for assistance with this issue" Unless BofA is going to refund me for a flight to Vegas to visit the branch I'm going to close my accounts here.

worst bank in the world, I cannot believe that there are no branch phone numbers online, their location service is only by zip code and their phone service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with! How do I actually get to talk to a real person without waiting for half an hour and going through asinine prompts that have nothing to do with getting me a representative?
