A great local hike! Challenging but rewarding once you get to the top! Bring water and wear comfortable shoes!

This is only a 2.4 mile hike and can take less than 2 hours if you're fit but it's a lot of elevation gain pretty quick so be prepared for that. It's an amazing view of Salt Lake City and the whole valley, definitely worth it! It can be a little crowded, and the street is usually lined with cars parked to hike this trail, so be prepared to do a little extra walking if that's the case. I'd recommend doing this hike for the sunset, it is one of the busier times but it's that way for a reason, it's so gorgeous! I've also done this hike on the 4th and 24th of July to watch fireworks which were stunning views. Just bring a flashlight and take it slow coming back down if you're hiking back down once it's dark.

The living room itself was eh. The hike to Beacon Tower was great. Gorgeous views. The living room was just too busy.

Absolutely amazing! The trails are endless the scenery spectacular squeeze it and definitely worth the stop. Not sure if I made it to the actual living room. Everything was covered in snow but it made it so much more special. Definitely recommend to stop, and I will certainly be back when I’m in the area.
