Ants everywhere in the room, everything placed in the refrigerator spoiled as it did not get cold enough. Good customer service but not worth the money and bugs!

The central courtyard is closed? The pool is closed even though the website mentions there is a pool on premises. When I asked the front desk, I was told "our pools been closed for 3 years". As if I was supposed to know this information? The customer service overall was not good. The elevator near my room was broken. At least the room was clean.

All - If I had the option to give ZERO I would! I booed my room through DTS (Defense Travel System) with government rate all through the system and nothing manual. I am on official government travel not for pleasure or visit or anything else. Upon arrival at the front desk, the associate checked me in while doing that advised me of not able to give me the government rate. He was completely out of his mind and comparing Federal Civilian to Military and keep telling me Federal Civilian (like me) are not eligible for government rate. I explained I am on official travel, my lodging was book through the system which your hotel is participating and it was all done on the system that I have no influence on!! .... he kept going and I said if I sleep in my car I will not stay in your fitly dirty old looking janky hotel .... Hotel is outdated, boring looking and in an industrial part of the town and I was so happy to leave this place with no management and no curtesy to at least offer a bottle of water and try to help. Figure this out for yourself. Never come back even close!!!!

Hey, my stay was the best. I especially liked the way i was treated by the staff. Mr Cruz w as very accomodating and informative. I will say that Mr Cruz is well trained and knows how to deal with people. I was greeted with respect, patience, and mainly he made me feel like i was at a home away from home. Thanks Mr Cruz.
