I would highly recommend Warren and MechanoTherapy to anyone! My experiences have been truly amazing regardless of ailment or injury. Warren has helped my successfully rehab from multiple calf injuries, a hip flexor strain and severe forearm pain and stiffness. He has a depth and breadth of knowledge that goes far beyond any physical therapist that I have worked with in the past. He is approachable, caring and knows exactly how to motivate someone towards a healthier place. He's also very willing to answer questions and brainstorm strategies for long-term healing. I'm most excited about the recent work I've done with him as he helps me understand the best approach to strength training now that I'm over 50. Finally, I'm also very impressed with the work that he has done with my son - who is a competitive high school soccer player - helping him rehab from a severe ankle sprain. Thank you Warren and MechanoTherapy!

Coming to MechanoTherapy was the best decision I have made. Warren is exceptionally skilled at his job and is a very compassionate and caring person on top of it. He truly cares about his patients. I had been to multiple other specialists to treat my injury, but none were nearly as invested and warm-hearted as Warren. MechanoTherapy is hands down the place to go if you’re looking for a top-notch physical therapist and human.

I've had back pain/shoulder issues due to incorrect posture, long hours of sitting at my desk, and years of competitive swimming. I tried a variety of things on my own, but the pain was persisting. A friend mentioned he was going to MechanoTherapy for his back, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I cannot express how happy I am with the decision. My weekly physical therapy sessions with Rachel have shown consecutive results and she was able to address the issue at hand, and provides a variety of exercises that have all proven to be effective. I honestly feel better than I have in as long as I can remember. It's encouraged me to get back into running, stand at my desk more, and overall has improved my habits. I would recommend MechanoTherapy to anyone, Rachel and Warren are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and ultimately look out for the best interest of the patient during recovery.

I rarely write reviews but this one is worthy of my time because I have had such a positive experience! First of all, I have no more back pain. I had a previous therapist that was helping me and the pain improved a little but never went away. Warren’s treatments really worked. I not only feel healed but I believe I have strengthened my body. His exercises seem effective and expedite results. He helped me stay motivated to do my exercises as well. His bedside manners are excellent-warm, caring, great listener, friendly and explains in detail about anatomy as much as I want to know. Finally, the thing I personally like is that he does the session all the way through. I don’t have to switch to a technical person to do the exercises after the assessment or bodywork. I think this helped me stay motivated in my exercises as I trusted him to see me work through the exercises. I highly recommend Warren to anyone who likes a thorough and detailed doctor. He really is so knowledgeable and trustworthy!
