I made an appointment with Dana to get my hair colored when I actually wanted it bleached so we texted about it and agreed to change the appointment time. It was never officially confirmed so I called them a few times at the time their website said they were open to make sure everything was all set. I never got a response so I went there just in case anything was weird with the phone lines or something. The lights weren't on and no one was there. I never received any follow up about my appointment. Very unprofessional
