Positive: Awful.i request my full refund .i didn't stay in that nasty .diety hotel. Sheet unclean.place smell stink.cigarette all over the place.my children start caughing at the door.we turn immediately return the key to the front desk for room #227. Negative: If i don't get my refund I will contact consummer affairs for investigations.that place should be close for clean up

The blonde at the service counter was ignorant, snotty, unprofessional and just plain rude I think her name was Jess. Our room was clearly hardly even cleaned before we checked in. No one asked if we needed anything the whole week we stayed. They also charged us for a room then said we needed to check out. When my fiance went to the front to ask what happened she ignored him with a smug smirk on her face the whole time. He asked to speak to a manager or for a refund and she ignored him instead she called the cops. It took almost a WEEK for a refund. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here even one night!! Overall a horrible experience.

Positive: I had oral surgery across the parking lot at Clear Choice. I could take a short walk there Negative: When I checked in I was given keys to a room that wasn't clean up. I had to go back to get anoth room. That room was actually better in location. I parked my car in front of the room.

We were offered the choice of a first or second floor room and chose first floor for ease of unloading bags. It was the wrong choice. The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that we didn’t want to bring any of our bags in. And people were yelling outside our door in the middle of the night, so we didn’t end up sleeping more then an hour (which we could have done at a rest area). The bathroom was gross, with paint peeling, broken ceiling tiles, and a very dingy tub. I would never recommend this motel to anyone.
