Positive: Traveling from another state the location was perfect. The staff was very attentive and sweet. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Also I love the fact that after a certain time you have to have a key card to get into the hotel. Recommend this place

Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY HERE; DO NOT GAMBLE YOUR LIFE HERE. I checked in with my family on Jul. 9 around 9 PM. We opened our room door and immediately choked on the smell of bleach but that didn't hide how nasty the room was. Toilet wouldn't flush, door handles on the closet were broken, bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. We walked over to the other room we had booked and the situation wasn't much better. Stains on the sheets, boogers on the sheets, heavily damaged furniture, mold on the shower head and doors, and something that looked like a blood stain on the window sill. As we were leaving, I looked up at the ceiling and noticed that the sprinkler heads were wrapped in plastic bags. We left 30 minutes after checking in and demanded our money back. After we left, my brother developed a rash and found a bug in his hair.

My experience was horrible. There was no internet access. I complained clerk said there is nothing they can do. It was storming outside or I would have left. I planned on staying through The Weekend but I checked out the next day. Room was partially clean. The blankets had holes in them from cigarette burns! How I don’t know in a non smoking hotel! The nightstand drawer was dirty. The desk lamp is rusting and peeling. The bathroom was the worst. Make up stains on the sink, storage area was dusty and Stained, shower ceiling was moldy and stained and there is holes in the ceiling around vent. Management didn’t seem to care when I complained about my internet issue which I needed for work which is the reason I was down there. Horrible experience, unfortunately I won’t be visiting here and I will be contacting my colleagues at the board of health to check the mold levels in this place smh

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and professional, Nice clean modern room, a nice big comfy bed in front of big screen tv,fridge, microwave, blow dryer iron. Very nicely decorated. I loved my stay and will gladly comeback again and again.
