This place is such a JOKE! Your lucky to get someone on the line and when you do 95% of the time they are rude and unhelpful. You'll be lucky to get half of the information you really need after waiting on hold for extended amounts of time. This place needs a complete management change obviously so they can put the parents needs first and actually be helpful.

5 stars going to child support office. They are fast and very helpful. Calling the office, forget it about it, you will never get through.

These offices exist because of FRAUD...child support is nothing but a government hustle aka a CONTRACT that you didn't sign!! People need to fight this evil service because it's meant for the STATE to get a 66.6% of every dollar cut and NEVER WAS meant for the child and this SERVICE is voluntary

Going to the office is such a joke a waste of time. I been trying to get help with my twin girls case about 3 years now. His aunt works for them so he always brag about how they will never take his childsupport issue serious. I gave up on this case and charge it to the game and wish they could stop going into childsupport eservice asking for my help to locate him and do their job for once in their lifetime. Just shut the place down how someone can owe 16,579 and still have driver license.....

Call the governor's office they'll get you right through
Or maybe FATHERS shouldn’t be dead beats
It's best if you file a lawsuit against them for their predatory practices. Google says there is no real information on them.
Yes, it's still open. They've been doing renovations on the roof and parking lot recently.
Go to the Department of Revenue on Congress Ave and let them know and they will look into it and issue you the over paid amount. It may take a while but eventually you will get the over paid money back.
Try the chat or email also. Chat is the easiest. Or go there. When you call you are calling the number for the entire state.

Did you have any luck with this question because I am wondering the same thing?

I would go in to the office to speak with them directly.
