if your landlord also is the owner of the home, does this give him the right to kick the renter out at any time he likes? the renter and owner/landlord have both signed a lease

It depends on a couple of circumstances. Is it rent controlled? Does the owner/landlord live in the unit w/ u? Be careful...i once had a situation where the landlady claimed the owner lived there & was trying 2 evicted me & i not only win that case but 9 more after that. Let me know if u need help, I've spent 2 years learning tenant laws.
