This place has very problematic views of who is an immigrant. An immigrant to them is only who passed off as their kin. Don't get me wrong they will make you sign paperwork and take out grants in your name, get it approved but you will never see that money... It will vanish! TBC...but some keywords to keep in mind are fraud and racism.

The IFR Has an excellent program for children as well asother services. The personel is excellent and they have first class professional staff always available to provide help and services to the community. It is great.
