Ordered a new wifi service for pickup and self install. I was a little worried from the reviews, but when I walked into the store I received amazing service. Immediately greeted with a smile and then only waited about 5 minutes for someone to release my order to me. The staff was quick, pleasant and the store was nice. :)

Long wait to exchange DVR but not clear why. Once someone decided to just help is instead of calling names of customers who didn't respond, he was polite, professional and fast to help.

Be prepared to wait a little bit even if you have an appointment. Staff there are very knowledgeable and polite. The number 9 bus as well as the 33 22 and 55 stop are very close to it. If you're driving there is always plenty of free parking in the garage

Awhile back, I 1st took my router back. Yapping he knew I made the right choice. Got home, it didn't work. No worries, I called agents on Comcast & ask to bring 2-3 modems the next day. When the guy came and delivered, changed it. He noticed my modem that I picked up belonged to a different district. He connected the 1st modem and yes, it worked great. You live and learn. Right! I will never ever exchange modems to the office. Good Luck!
