If dental is active on their MaineCare, then yes. MaineCare is very helpful for individuals under 21. For an adult over 21, they will only help with the cost of extractions, root canals, and the fee for an emergency appointment. However, not everyone who has MaineCare has dental active on it, you'll want to check with them to see if you have dental first.
Yes they do, in order for them to bill Mainecare, you have to contact them before your appointment to let them know you have mainecare and give your birthdate. They send over your information to their billing specialist and they bill directly. This is for children covered by mainecare, I'm not sure what the process is for adults.
