Overall I liked my stay at the Hyatt. Perfect location for visiting the city. Clean hotel. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was alright. The only things I disliked is that there is no housekeeping in your room during your stay considering the price of the room it’s deceiving. Also self parking for 30$ in the building next to the hotel seems overpriced much.

Excellent view of Portland Harbor from the "King Bed Balcony Peaks Island View" (see pics). Room was very clean. Friendly staff. Solid breakfast (scramble eggs, home fries, yogurt parfait, French toast sticks, sausage, bagels & juices). Glad the option for all day parking in the garage next door is offered for $30 a night. This is a good value for parking in this downtown area. Other parking lots/structures in this area charge $8 an hour. My one request is for the hotel to power wash the Seagull poop off the building on the other side of the balconies on the 7th FL. maybe once a week... (see last picture, didn't crop it out of this pic, so you know what I'm talking about). I know this is a hotel in a harbor town, but, this is my one constructive criticism. Besides that everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Parking is next door and it isn’t complicated but $30 a night is a bit much although cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. Good breakfast with very decent selection and most things are within walking distance. Room was nice and quiet, comfy bed with necessary amenities.

Absolutely amazing staff - the receptionist was very friendly, the restaurant staff was FANTASTIC - drinks were yummy and the food was scrumptious! Thank you guys!!! The room was very good size, however the bed isn't anything special. Goose Down comforter without a duvet...YUCK! The room was cold the bathroom had some hairs laying around that were definitely not ours 😅🤣😂 We couldn't fall asleep for a solid hour, because there were some noises coming from unknown sources. The breakfast was good and satisfying.
