The Portland Harbor Hotel strikes just the right balance of local and lovely. Greeted by the Manager, Will Mac, who made sure our accommodations were as expected. The room - yes, with a view - was cozy and spacious. Several great dinner recommendations including one just around the corner. Then, a firm mattress and several dense feather pillows. We slept like it was our own home. Each floor has its own coffee service with some tasty breads accompanying. Seamless checkout and our car was waiting for us when we left. Will Mac should train every hospitality team!

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The layout is a little bit of a maze, but not hard to figure out or ask for help. The rooms and views are great! I would love to stay again. The food at the restaurant is delicious as well!

The room was pretty nice...it was clean..but the thing that upset me the most was the pillows..there were 4 on the bed and they were all the size of sofa pillows..very small not normal size not one of them.. front desk was nice.. free coffee 6am-11am which is awesome ! I loved that! This hotel is located in a great spot..close to all great shopping and restaurants all within walking... But late at night we checked in and found it hard to find dinner.. Portland in a fun town lots of great FOOD! In the hotel there is a good restaurant..we had breakfast .

Overall disappointed with the hotel. My parents room was nice, but ours was EXTREMELY cramped. We booked the same rooms for reference. I also had issues with basic amenities. They lock away cups for coffee after 11am and don’t set them back out until 6:30 the next morning. While its just coffee, it was also difficult to get a cup for tea. We also had a hard time getting water, again locked in cabinets. They did have a water fill station but it took 10 min to fill a basic water bottle. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for a fraction of the cost. The location was convenient so that’s a positive. If we come back to Portland, we will definitely be trying another hotel.
