Got a tooth fixed and redone. It fell apart and they refuse to fix it because they couldn't get in contact with me. I was working and calling them every break I had for a week and they wouldn't answer nor could I leave a message. 4 stars for the actual student I had. Very calming and made sure I wasn't in pain. He deserves his own practice asap and I'd pay more to see him.

What a wonderful place this is! I absolutely love the student Jess Guter I am assigned to! She is the best! Knowledgeable, and welcoming, and.. She loves Classic Rock music! I had an appointment today and Zach was partnering with Jess to assist with my procedure. Although I met him for the first time today, he made me feel so comfortable! I find myself looking forward to my next appointments!! I would very much recommend UNE Oral Health Center.

I was highly impressed with the facilities and the caliber of students working there. Specifically want to give shout outs to Matt, who handled my x rays and consultation with the poise and expertise that I would expect to find in a professional with years of experience. Also, to Brody and Adam who took care of my extraction. Super friendly and attentive young men who did a spectacular job removing an infected tooth I had as painlessly as possible. All the students named above were a pleasure to meet and be helped by. Next time I need anything dental-related, I will be back to the UNE Oral Health Clinic. Thank you for the excellent care.

The students are wonderful! I love getting my preventative care taken care of here. Everyone is so helpful and the clinic is very clean! I'm always impressed. The prices are great too! I don't have dental insurance, so this is a great option for lower fees.

I lost my job right after the shut down. No insurance, I now have three teeth that need to be removed. I was going to the college for dental health. I need help desperately, I can't sleep or eat.
If dental is active on their MaineCare, then yes. MaineCare is very helpful for individuals under 21. For an adult over 21, they will only help with the cost of extractions, root canals, and the fee for an emergency appointment. However, not everyone who has MaineCare has dental active on it, you'll want to check with them to see if you have dental first.
Just type UNE Oral health Center into Google and call the number to speak to the friendly helpful staff to make an appointment. There is limited walk in spots for patients in pain or a dental emergency
I know I got a partial denture for around $300 I can't remember exactly, but I know it wasn't more than $350
I started working there last week, and I believe they accept Martin's Point and Delta, and they can submit to others after the fact. I am very new however, so you're probably better off contacting someone with more experience, or I can ask tomorrow morning, and attempt to check back in during my lunch break? Assuming, of course, that I can figure out how to find this thread again.
I myself have not gotten the porcelain veneer down there. but if you call them up on the phone they might give you a price list of something that you ask for
I have never had issues getting in touch with them. Make sure you call first thing in the morning.(207) 221-4747.
They do pull teeth..I'm not 100% sure on the price .. call them to cover all your bases
Definitely lower cost than a traditional office, but will not be free.
No, they do not currently bill out to Harvard Pilgram. If you choose to have any work done, when it's complete, they will give you a claim from to send to your insurance for reimbursement.
Yes, they do crowns. And they are a much better price then a private office, between $600-$800. You do have to go through their new patient process before they will make a crown (that's 3 appointments first).
I know sometimes dentists in general might recommend that you get some anti anxiety medication from your doctor before they start their work. I would say they are much better then community dental who I really hate.
No it's not necessary. It helps offset the cost of treatment, but they will accept credit cards, care credit, cash, etc.
No, the Oral Health Center does not do payment plans. They do accept cash, credit, checks, or Care Credit.
