Living Well Homes prides itself on being a hands-on management company and have since made major renovations to the community, adding new and improving the current outdoor amenities. We've also worked hard on renovating the apartments with modern touches and are currently renovating our Leasing and Welcome Centers. Please dont move here, roach infestation, no one is ever available in the office, and if maintenance comes out then you should just call and put the same work order cause they odnt fix anything
They are unprofessional and still very unorganized! I truly wish I would’ve read reviews before I moved in. The office staff hardly answer the phone whenever you call and you can put a work order in for maintenance and they won’t even fulfill it. You will have to harass the staff to get what is deserving of you being a tenant in these apartments. I wholeheartedly would not recommend living here.
No. I don’t not recommend to any human being to live in this condominium. It's trash everywhere extena. People throw garbage and all employees, unfortunately, do not maintain it properly. Office staff are rude and unprepared. Only "pig" animals can feel comfortable living in such a dirty place.
I hope so because i want to move here it was so beautiful guys go take a tour its like a dang resort feeling
