Tina is very unprofessional. When we lived here our ceiling in our closet leaked everytime it rained. We contacted the office about this issue when we first moved in, maintained came, took a picture and left. Months went by and nothing. We kept seeking answers on when they would fix it due to mildew building on the carpet in the bedroom. It wasn’t until we broke the lease they came and repaired it. The blinds in the front room never twisted opened. We were penalized for throwing our trash away, though the ONE dumpster was full. I could go on and on…….This place would be a whole lot better if they replace Tina. She was not helpful, rude, always confused and seeking to tack on fees to an already high rent.

I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and have no major complaints! My maintenance requests are always serviced in a timely manner and Tina and Tyler are always doing everything they can to make sure my questions and concerns are addressed. The community is placed adjacent to several shopping centers and there are roughly 7 grocery stores within a 10 mile radius and also several other recreational shopping activities near by as well. There are 2 access points to the highway within a mile from the community, multiple urgent care facilities and as well as a ER in the neighboring city ( High point ) about 10 minutes down the road. The neighborhood is quiet, and wooded. You would never know you were right next to a major highway! ( there is a sound barrier) Minutes from UNCG, NC A&T, Guilford College GTCC and so much more! You’ll never go hungry with all the restaurant near by and will always find something to do! It’s almost “too convenient”! Lol I see some poor reviews on here, and I can’t help but to think that some of these people must be terrible at communicating and then become “keyboard warriors “ and leave poor reviews when they don’t get their way. Like anything in life, it’s all in what you make of it :)

I moved to Hunter's Chase almost 2 weeks ago and I am very happy with my decision. Tina, the property manager made the move in process smooth and simple and was happy to answer any questions that I had. So, far it has been very peaceful and quiet around here and I love the trees around my apartment.

Viewed the property and the leasing agent was yawning the entire time as it was aftenoon blaming it on coffee. I honestly didn't even think she was going to show us a unit because she was showing us pictures online on her computer- how we found the community. I didn't come in to look at your website and i live 1.5hrs away. I lived in Greensboro for 4yrs a while back, while at uncg and lived in 2 diff apt complex [unbeknownst]. I applied as co applicant with another person the same day we viewed them having to pay 125$ for holding fee up front. Everything is online. We didn't have any criminal bg, no evictions, no bankruptcy, no foreclosure, which to our understanding was the only reason you'd get denied. Waited 5 days later , a Fri, at their closing hours to call say only my id & pay stub weren't viewable on portal & the app will be "worked on" on sat. I email them & the response with somebody else name said we'd hear from them "this week".We both receive email back next sun name saying denied. Main applicant denied for no reason at all and didn't even need me for income - with active 100% on time accounts only reason his denial "limited credit exp". I've rented several Apts with a lower score and active credit. Honestly i feel there are [other reasons]👀 we were denied. We only went here because of the reviews were decent. There's no way we were flat out denied and were willing to pay a deposit. Lease lock wasn't reqd. BUT HERE'S THE PROBLEM: I sent an email and called several times leaving voicemail and messages for 4 days now. No response at all. Today the answering service says their only "taking calls by answering service". I've left messages with them before. But how does this person know my name (a unique spelling) without me telling them 🤔 so I'm convinced their screening calls and deliberately refuse to give us the holding fee back. I will be seeking corporate and other avenues./ Apts look standard, not luxury, just average.they have a compactor and you have to use valet with fees that have hours & day. Gym area is a small room. Pool shower thing looked out of service for long time need to be redone. The conversion to hotbed tub is not ready. I only saw 1 car care area which is just I think 2 vacuums between 2 buildings dead end parking lot- it should have a designated area, looked congested with lot full. I only see 1 dog station by pool. Someone usps packaged was laying in middle of the walkway crushed. Rent was decent price for space considering the market. But not worth all the trouble to pre screen future residence and make up reasons to deny them./ UPDATE: I called not long before I left this review. Not long after I finish the review, the main applicant gets an email saying "sorry you felt unacknowledged" it will be 6-8 weeks to get a refund of the holding fee because it's "not onsite"⁉️. We didn't apply on site and they took the money instantly. It's not applied to an apt bcuz we were denied. They've been making up excuses from the start on why they took so long to look at it and why it took a week just to start it after you say "you needed docs". Unprofessional Still nobody ever called back. We were never notified of even mention of getting the deposit back in the "denial email". Unprofessional practices.
