I really loved my stay here, specially for schooling. The lease office is so helpful and ready to support. Once I missed my pair of keys including car key outside my room, and Ms. Taylor helped me to find it. Overall the place is the best apartment in the city.

It’s okay...I’m not crazy about living here. Although the rooms are a good size and it’s in a convenient location for college students. I’ve had too many issues with my toilet that they “claim” is fixed. And Also I wish they would of done a a good cleaning/updating before my move in , because The carpet/my room was filthy upon my arrival.

University Park Apartments are good for student housing. The rooms are a nice size and each room has a private bathroom. If you are going through the school for housing you are provided a queen size bed, 5 draw dresser, nightstand, and a table. The apartment is overall good, except for how thin the walls are.

I’ve been living here since August and I can say that Ms. Chablea works very diligently and ensures that if anyone has an issue within their apartment that it is handled quickly. She makes sure that repairs are made in a timely fashion and always provides good service and energy within the leasing office.
