We have live here since May. Since then not one maintenance request has been fixed. They don’t even come. No phone answered ever. We now have two leaks and a new one that is dripping into our tv and electric. We already have two in the bathroom and a sparking stove that has fire coming out. They don’t care. They have maintenance people on carts and even come to the door but never come back. The pool looks like a swamp. I’m never one to write reviews but after waking up to yet another leak and no one to answer I’m so upset. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I didn’t listen to all these reviews and I regret it. They don’t care about their tenants at all. The good reviews on here they pay for. No one is happy or getting what they need fixed. I have small kids and it’s so dangerous.

Terrible. We have been living here for 3 months roughly and 2.5 of those have been without a/c. It has been 78+ the past 2-3 weeks in our apartment and 82+ the past 4-5 days. This is ridiculous and to the point we can’t even stay in our apartment because of how hot it is. Management lies. We were told they contracted an a/c company to get this fixed asap. This was yesterday. Today, different story. Was told they only have 2 maintenance employees and hiring another one in 3 days to try to help. Paying over $1400 a month to be sweated out of my own apartment. We will not be returning once our lease is up.

If I could give less than a star, I would. I’ve been living here since September 2021, it’s now almost June of 2022. I’ve had maintenance orders in since I first moved in and nothing has even been looked at. 9 months of using basically half my apartment. I call every week or two and I hear the same thing. We’ll send someone out there right away. Well 9 months says otherwise. Horrible

Today I had a scheduled TOUR for this apartment complex and the person who was working was not there when my appointment was suppose to start and then said there is no tour and that they can only show me prices. I already saw the pictures and prices online myself I just wanted to see in person to know if it really has been renovated (on the website it said some of the apartments were recently renovated). My biggest problem was how the person who was suppose to be working shows up almost an hour late to my start time for an appointment! If I have an appointment I expect it to start at the appropriate time unless I am noticed they are running behind.
