Honestly, if I could rate this place a 0 I would. The staff is friendly AT FIRST, but once you live there for, given a few months they become really disrespectful and not helpful at all!! They are rude and not considerate of the residents at all! They change things.. such as companies they comply with and prices change on bills, without explaining or giving a heads up to residents! They also don’t take complaints or questioning very well. It seem like when you ask questions no one will give you the right answer or they don’t know. They change up rules weekly it seems like, and don’t treat residents with respect at all!! Even when reported issues are serious matters they are let untouched or felt with! I I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this complex to ANYONE!

The apartments are old although they are nice. The community is beautiful but it’s ran down. Maintenance doesn’t take care of the community areas.

Love my new place!!! Being that I just downsize from a three bedroom too a two bedroom over that past couple of days. Now that it has been 1 year from the time that I moved here the staff here at the Allerton place is very Pleasant and nice to me and my family!! Maintenance comes out in a timely manner still to this day I am still amazed and very humble will everything they do No complains thank you Allerton place for welcoming me and my family for 1 year now😊

I have lived here for almost 5 years now and I have seen this place undergo many changes. The current staff imo, is the best staff we have had and the quality of service is leaps and bounds better than what it used to be when prior management was here. Yes kids can get a little loud on occasion, but they are kids and have had nothing to do for almost 2 years now and I know that kids will be kids. Other than that, I have zero complaints and am happy living here.
